A region may ask for reimbursement (up to $200) for any swap meet booth they wish to host for membership recruitment purposes providing they agree to “man” the booth for the duration of the day(s) of the swap meet.

The region submits a copy of the swap meet registration form and the accompanying check for reimbursement from the National by sending it to their Division Director and National Treasurer. Upon approval by the Division Director the Treasurer is authorized to pay the bill.

If early enough notice, a mention can be made in the TNT under Region news to alert members to look for the booth as they attend that particular swap meet. See TNT deadlines for when to send in the information.

Special exception to above pricing:  As a part of the Publicity Chair’s budget, an annual amount of up to $400 is approved for cost of advertisement in the Hershey PA Swap Meet’s program and to pay for the Space on the Show Field.
